Add your loyalty card to your phone wallet
Once you sign up, you will receive an email where you can download your digital loyalty card to your phone wallet. This is what your server will scan when you earn points and redeem rewards.
Earn points in store & redeem rewards
To see your rewards and vouchers, login to your dashboard. Show your digital loyalty card when you visit to earn points, and if you would like to claim a reward, let your server know before your meal.
What rewards are available to you?
There are 3 tiers of rewards that you can unlock: Treat, Feast and Indulgence.Â
Rewards are grouped into three levels: rewards worth ~£5 in our Treat tier, rewards worth ~£50 in our Feast tier, and rewards worth ~£100 in our Indulgence tier.
From smaller treats like selected food and drink rewards, through to larger group dining experiences,
the scheme includes a wide mix of launch rewards across JM Socials – including free small plates, baos, desserts, lunches, bottomless brunches for 2 and even our hugely popular Prithvi cookbook.
Treat
Perfect for smaller rewards and easy wins when you want to use your points little and often.

Feast
A more generous reward tier for guests building points towards more substantial experiences.

How do I sign up?
Use the sign-up form on this page to create your loyalty account.
How are my points calculated?
£1 = 1 point. For example, if you spend £50 at any JM Socials location, you get 50 points added to your wallet.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The only thing you will need to download is your digital loyalty card, which will be sent to your email (with a download link) after you complete the sign up form.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned on every bill at all of our locations.
Do my points expire?
No. Points do not expire, however this is subject to change.
How do I add my loyalty card to my phone?
After signing up, you will receive an email with prompts to add your QR code to your wallet. Can’t see an email? Please check your junk or “promotions” inbox.
What are all of the JM Socials locations?
Our locations include: For The Saints, Bao + BBQ, The Tavern, Coalhouse, Dosa Darlings,
Prithvi, Bhoomi Kitchen, Jai Ho, The Fox at Dowdeswell, Holee Cow and Circo Brasserie.
When do I get rewards?
Rewards are triggered based on the number of points you have on your loyalty card. For example, if you have spend £110 in one of our locations, you get 110 points into your wallet. In this example, you can either claim rewards in the “treat” tier, or save your points to get into the next tier.
How do I see what rewards and vouchers I can claim?
Once you’ve signed up, log in to your loyalty account to access your rewards dashboard. Here, you’ll be able to see which rewards are available to you across each tier.
Can I redeem the same reward more than once?
Rewards can only be redeemed once per person, per restaurant, within 30 days. This means you won’t be able to claim the same reward multiple times in the same location at the same time.
What happens if I have enough points for multiple rewards?
If you have enough points for multiple rewards, you can still use them across different locations or choose different rewards. However, the same reward can only be redeemed once per restaurant within 30 days. You can either use your points elsewhere or wait until the next month to redeem that reward again (if it’s still available).
What are the Ts&Cs for the introductory sign up reward?
Enjoy £10 off your total bill when you spend a minimum of £20. Valid Sunday–Thursday on food and drink purchases only. One reward may be redeemed per visit and must be used in full in a single transaction. No cash alternative or change given. The £90 welcome reward offer is only available to guests who sign up during the launch period, ending 26 June 2026. Welcome vouchers expire 27 July 2026.
