Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

The JM Socials Loyalty Scheme allows members to earn points and rewards at participating JM Socials venues. 

 Eligibility

  • Over 18s only 
  • One account per person

3. Earning Points

Points can only be collected when a valid loyalty QR code is presented at the time of purchase.

4. Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards subject to availability
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Participating JM Socials venues only

5. Expiry

Loyalty points do not currently expire and will remain on your account unless your membership is cancelled or the loyalty scheme is withdrawn or amended by JM Socials.

6. Fraud / Abuse

JM Socials reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where misuse, fraud, abusive behaviour, or breaches of these terms are suspected.

7 Changes to the Scheme

JM Socials may amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme or rewards at any time without prior notice.

8. Data Protection / Marketing

Privacy & Marketing

By joining the JMS Loyalty Scheme, you agree that JM Socials may collect and use your personal information for the administration and operation of the loyalty scheme, including tracking points, issuing rewards, and communicating important account or scheme updates.

Marketing communications, including news, offers, events and promotions, are optional and customers may choose whether or not to opt in at the point of sign-up. Customers can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

JM Socials will never sell your personal information to third parties.
