Coalhouse is a modern smokehouse and taproom with inspiration from across the pond. We use traditional cooking methods that creates authentic plates of food bursting with flavour.

Our menu show cases the true mastery of the smoking and barbecue process, whilst introducing new flavour profiles. Meats are cooked the traditional low and slow way in our one tonne hickory burning, smoker.​
